100% Scholarships for African Students For The Year 2018 - Apply Now
A Japanese based, non-for-profit
institution, Ashinaga, is offering a range of fully funded scholarships
to students who are considered as ‘poor’, less privileged and maybe
orphans. Applications are hereby invited from all such students to join
classes under 100% scholarships in 2018.
The Ashinaga scholarships are targeted
for students from Sub-Saharan African countries and other developing
nations to study in either of Japan, US, UK. The target is to select
brilliant international undergraduate students who cannot afford their
education themselves.
Scholarship Value: The
Ashinaga (100-Year Vision) Scholarship provides a full scholarship that
covers the cost of tuition, accommodation (during the terms and
vacation), insurance, flight, and provides monthly stipend which covers
food and necessary academic costs.
Eligible African Countries: Angola,
Botswana, Cape Verde, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau,
Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia,
Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland,
Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
To be eligible for this scholarship program, Applicants must:
- Be an orphan, having lost one or both parents
- Be 23 or younger, having been born after October 1, 1995
- Have graduated high school within the past two years
- Be committed to returning to Sub-Saharan Africa once they have finished their studies abroad
